Please use these instructions to verify that you have given the necessary permissions to start a call. You need to give access to microphone and camera in order to participate in a call.

To change a permission click on the 
lock icon and change the blocked permission to Allow:

Reset permissions:
Refresh to reset permissions. If you have denied permission permanently the page refresh won't work, so you need to remove the permission block as follows:
Always allow permissions:
Make permissions permanent by click on Remember this decision

If you want to always allow a permission, start a call, allow permissions, then click on the camera icon and select Always allow in "app.togethervideoapp.com"
